I see what you’re saying. I agree with some of it. But the TLDR of not wanting to get married cause divorce rates are high is odd reason. You sound like a really intelligent man and makes sounds decisions. Why not have more conviction in your mate selections. Reframe the discussion. So you could actually get married if you had a strong inclination of it lasting and had a better idea of how you’ll make it work.
