I understand how you might feel discouraged after 10 years of trying without seeing the results you want. It's completely normal to feel that way, and it's okay to take a break or try something new if that's what you need. However, it's important to remember that progress and success can often be slow and incremental, and it's important to celebrate the small wins along the way.

It's also important to remember that rejection is a normal part of life and doesn't necessarily mean that you're not good enough. Everyone experiences rejection at some point, and it can be a tough pill to swallow. But rejection can also be a learning opportunity and a chance to grow.

I think it's important to remember that you are the best version of yourself right now, and that's something to be proud of. Keep working on yourself and try to stay positive, even when things are tough. Remember to take care of yourself and to practice self-compassion. Love ya bro!
