Lies in Love’s Lexicon: Navigating Modern Dating Lies!

People lie a lot in life in general. This much we all know to be true. But my biggest frustration is when people who are apparently giving out good advice will lie. Or they will completely sugarcoat the truth.

When giving out information to actually try and help people, you have to be pretty straight down the line and not pussyfoot around the topic.

Example 1 : (Straightforward, upfront information):
Mike has been considering investing in a new startup, but his financial advisor, John, tells him, “Mike, I’ve looked into this startup’s financials and business plan, and I believe it’s a high-risk investment. I would advise against putting your money into it at this time.”

Example 2: Mike has been considering investing in a new startup, and his financial advisor, John, tells him, “Mike, this startup has an interesting concept, and it’s clear they have passion. While there might be some small risk involved, just like any investment, it’s ultimately your decision if you feel that it aligns with your goals, gotta start somewhere right?.”

Giving advice is a time when you have to be pretty direct and straightforward. Providing advice is like being a tightrope-walking mime — you must maintain a delicate balance while keeping your true feelings concise and…
