Relationshipping or Relation$hopping, what’s the difference?

Yep, another week another stupid phrase modern media has drummed up to describe and label something. Alas, here I am complaining whilst simultaneously being a hypocrite as I’m going to explain what this all apparently means.

What is relationshopping?

• Relationshipping — This is what researchers call the process of going from strangers and friends to romantic partners at a quick pace. (Normal dating)
• Relation$hopping — This is when you’re searching for a partner, much like shopping for something on amazon.

You people love doing your “research.”

I get it right. When I was searching for a new treadmill for my home gym, I searched youtube reviews, written reviews, and amazon reviews, as I didn’t want to end up buying a $3000 dud of a machine. I went to great lengths to make sure it was the right one. I compared every single option that was within my price range and settled on the first 2 I really liked in the first place despite looking at ten others.
