Seven things they might say if they like you!

In my experience, when any of these sentences have been uttered, it’s usually ended with me dating or getting into a relationship with the other person. Here are sentences they’ll say if they’re interested.

1. Would you like to join me?

Has anyone ever said this to you? This is a classic example of someone who likes you and is clearly asking you out on a date. When they’re forward with this phrase, it could mean there won’t be any confusion as to whether they’re interested in just friendship or if it’s a date. If you have a bit of confusion and this still isn’t good enough for you.

Just ask them, “Is this a date?”

2. Are you busy/free tonight?

This leaves little to chance when someone likes you; they want to know if they have your company for the evening, and they might very well have something planned. You get to decide whether you would like to be in it. Either way, they’re checking to see what you’d say. If you say, you’re busy. They might just respond and say they just had a quick question. Or be very forthcoming and see if you wanted to go on a date!
